Introductory Consultation

Our first meeting with you will involve viewing the house plans and discussing your requirements in detail. Once we know what you have in mind and what your budget is, we get cracking on the design process.

Concept and Design Proposal

Based on the brief you share with us, we’ll share the design proposal and drawings at our studio. At this stage, we charge a design fee, which will be adjusted against the final quotation.

Design Development

The design is further developed to accommodate any alterations you may suggest to the proposed design. This version of the plan will include all drawings and specifications including finishes, fixtures, and appliances, along with our final quotation.

Final Approval

Final drawings done, final quotation agreed upon, we sign off on the approved design and specifications. You make an advance deposit of 75% of the total project cost. We discuss and agree upon a timeline for the project, from start to handover.

Production

Our heavy lifting begins! We get the ball rolling on the manufacturing process, which takes 4-6 weeks. Urban Insight will take ownership to procure the finest material and techniques, allowing us to have end-to-end control of the product.

Installation

You pay us the remaining 25% of the project cost. We commence installation and stay in touch with you throughout the process, with regular updates regarding the progress on-site.

Warranty

Urban Insight assures you premium products that are free from any material and manufacturing defects. We are happy to provide after-sales services valid for a period of 6 months post installation. Should there be any repair work post that, the service charges would be minimal; material charges may be incurred if anything needs replacing.

Decor products and accessories may or may not come under manufacturer warranty, depending on the product. Urban Insight does not cover natural wear and tear or damage caused by rough handling or using the product beyond its intended use.
